Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your photos only to stage them, we don't sell your information, and we keep as little as we can.
What we collect and why
Photos you upload
Room photos and furniture images you add are sent to Google's Gemini image model to create your staged photo. We don't keep your photos on our servers: free-sample images are held in temporary memory for up to 24 hours so you can unlock or tweak them, then discarded. Your staged photos live in your browser until you download them.
Product links
If you paste a product link, our server visits that page to fetch the product's photo and name. We don't store the link.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares the purchase details with us (such as your email address, the amount, and what you bought) so we can provide the photos you paid for and answer questions about your order.
Chat messages
Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to Anthropic's Claude to generate replies. Conversations are held in temporary memory for up to 6 hours. If you ask to talk to a person and share your name and phone number or email, that information and your question are sent to the owner's phone through a notification service (ntfy.sh) so we can reply to you.
Cookies and browser storage
- A visitor cookie (
sbn_vid) so each visitor gets one free sample. We also use a one-way hash of your IP address for the same purpose. - Browser storage to remember your purchases and the photos you're working on, on your device only.
- Google Analytics cookies, described below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages people land on, where they came from, and whether they try the studio. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you visit. We don't send your name, email, photos or payment details to Google Analytics.
You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Who we share data with
Only the services that make the site work: Google (image generation and analytics), Anthropic (chat), Stripe (payments), ntfy.sh (alerts to the owner when you ask for a person), and Render (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Your choices
You can use the studio without an account, decline analytics cookies as described above, and ask us what information we have about you or to delete it by emailing hello@stagedbynoon.com. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.
Children
This service is for real estate professionals and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
